Dr. Wade Rowatt trained with Dr. Wayne Oates in
Psychology of Religion, Pastoral Care and Pastoral Counseling. Wade has taught
Pastoral Care and Counseling for 33 years.
He currently teaches part time with the
Dr. Rowatt earned his B.S. in Mathematics, Computing
and Sociology from Southern Illinois University. His M.Div, Th.M. and Ph.D. are from The
Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Dr. Rowatt has also done post-doctoral study at the
Currently Dr. Rowatt offers individual, couple and family counseling. He also leads an adolescent therapy group, a couples’ therapy group and a ministers’ support group. He is a frequent speaker and conference leader at hospitals, universities, mental health centers and churches. Wade and his wife Jodi have led numerous marriage enrichment seminars and retreats.
